Mr. Mohamed believes in th e Ohio Revised code under 4717.12 provides provisions for religious exemptions pertaining to the preparations and burial of human dead bodies would allow his Mosque to prep are and bury members of their congregation. Mr. Mohamed and some members of his congreg ation spoke about some of the services Mr. Mohamed indicated that the congregati on has approximately 60 deaths per year. Muslims prefer to be buried the same day as death. They prepare the body for burial by washing the body with soaps, herbs and perfumes . Then a religious ritual is performed.
